This proposed site is to be specially designed for air passengers who are looking for the services pertaining to the facility and provisions that are handled by various airlines and agencies and airports controllers . The purpose of this site is to provide air passengers close coordination by providing guidance how to get services, detailed information and feedback on infrastructure capabilities.

We invite solutions providers, who can integrate the existing systems to facilitate the user agencies as well as the customer services to provide information to the passengers on a single window.

We plan to offer a facility to the tour/package operators whereby they can process last minute revisions in the itinerary of their customers.

The overall idea is to launch this site to establish a unique information counter, where one can get all information pertaining to operating agencies/users.

The site will also be keeping a record of the various questions raised by the users of the airport pertaining to non-existent services at the airport.

In addition to all the facilities mentioned above, the site will also provide the travelling public the M.R.P ratesof the products available at the shops/snack bars/duty free shops/business centers.
